 What  we treat:

Why we are different:

The Change Your Mind Movement offers you and your family a unique and personalised level of care, with a strong focus on educating each person as an individual and empowering them through their mental health journey to wellbeing.

Built upon the principals of Strategic Psychotherapy, Clinical Hypnotherapy and Mindfulness each client doesn't walk through their journey alone.

Through the creation of unique characters that represent the neuroscience of the brain, clients can better understand what is happening to them and follow strategies that help them take charge of their wellbeing journey with an empowered understanding that builds self efficacy, confidence and calm.

50% of mental health problems are established by age 14 and 75% by age 24. 10% of children and young people (aged 5-16 years) have a clinically diagnosable mental problem3, yet 70% of children and adolescents who experience mental health problems have not had appropriate interventions at a sufficiently early age.

What is Anxiety?

Anxiety is a future based worry, It's when you are focused on a concern about what could happen in a minute from now, a hour, a week or a year from now.

The moment you are worried about the future you are in your own head making things up, these classes offer your child an opportunity to understand how their thoughts impact their feelings and behaviours.

This is just one aspect of empowerment children experience with us.

Mindfulness is so effective because it brings your focus back to the present, this is  skill we practice in our classes helping children, reset and reconnect to what is really happening which gives them a sense of control and peace.
