About the classes

Mindfulness and Wellbeing classes are designed for students from Kindergarten to Grade 6. 

Classes run for each school term with 4 unique and innovative classes run throughout the year.

Each term children will learn how to manage big emotions, cope with challenges, overcome anxiety and develop a growth mindset and self belief that they can do anything they put their minds too.

Children have a chance to learn how their thoughts and minds operate and how to challenge thoughts and change behaviours.

Students learn how to meditate and be mindful and our classes have a strong focus on cultivating gratitude and self-esteem.
