You have already taken the first step to future proof your child's wellbeing and mental health, Congratulations!
Our weekly Mindfulness and Wellbeing classes are designed to build your child's emotional wellbeing and resilience by providing students with the skills required to thrive in our ever changing and dynamic environment.
Classes are run weekly throughout the school term for students in grades Kinder to grade 6.
WHO IS THE CHANGE YOUR MIND MOVEMENT?
Class have been designed by Chantel Ferguson,
Founder of the "Change Your Mind Movement"
Chantel is a Strategic Psychotherapist, Clinical Hypnotherapist, Mindfulness and Well-being Coach,
Time Based Therapist and N.L.P Practitioner she works with a clear understanding of C.B.T.
Chantel is Certified in Child Psychology
She is a member of the Australian Hypnotherapy Association
The Australian Psychology Association
The Australian Society of Clinical Hypnotherapists
Classes are currently being held at Drummoyne Public School, Sydney.

The moment you are worried about the future you are in your own head making things up.
Mindfulness is so effective because it brings your focus back to the present.
