You have already taken the first step to future proof your child's wellbeing and mental health, Congratulations! 
Our Weekly Mindfulness and Wellbeing classes are designed to build your child's Emotional Wellbeing and Emotional Intelligence.
We aim to up skill your child and empower our students to take charge of their own happiness and success and future.
Our weekly course is designed for school aged children from Kindergarten to Year 6.
WHO AM I?
Class have been created by Chantel Ferguson,
Founder of the "Change Your Mind Movement"
Chantel is a Strategic Psychotherapist, Clinical Hypnotherapist, Mindfulness and Well-being Coach,
Time Based Therapist and N.L.P Practitioner she works with a clear understanding of C.B.T.
Chantel is Certified in Child Psychology
Classes are held at Drummoyne Public School, Sydney.
For all school aged children within the community.

Mindfulness

Mindfulness is a highly effective tool in combating Mental Health Issues. When we learn to become truly present and connected with the moment we can begin to appreciate the here and now. Mindfulness connects us with our true being and when we are in the moment we can find happiness, connection and inner peace.

Students learn the key players of their brains and the role that they play in how they think, react and see the world around them. Understanding what is happening in our brains allows us to observe and alter thinking and feelings that are not helpful.

We focus on making sure our students are thinking about what they are good at, what they like and what they are made of. We educate them to understand how important self talk is and develop self compassion.

Resilience

Life will always throw you a curve ball, but how do you bounce back?

We teach our students that Luck and Hope are for people without a plan! Anything worth having is hard work and you must take action and keep trying to get there. Children learn that life is a process made up of steps and strategies. If you understand the steps you can achieve the outcome.

We don't believe mistakes are wrong! We teach our students that mistakes are an opportunity to learn something new. We say goodbye to the fear of failure and give things ago. It's not about getting it perfect its about personal best.

Meditation as a tool.

As a clinical Hypnotherapist I use guided meditation in each class to reinforce our learnings and change any unhelpful and limiting beliefs the children might have. It teaches the children the power of now and helps them deeply relax mind body and soul.

Bullying & Friendship

Bullying is never ok. It’s hurtful and can impact someone for a long time. Remember, you’re not alone. There are people you can talk to and things you can do to stop the bullying.

Our classes are dedicated to providing a safe, nurturing environment for each student. We spend weeks building rapport until students can connect and open up about anything they are challenged by. We work as a team to find solutions and celebrate each others success. We are a team!

When we have in internal self belief we no longer need external validation for success or self worth.
